The Week That Was: Park Statue Dedicated

Statue Dedicated: Friends and family gathered Thursday at Breezy Park for the unveiling of a sculpture dedicated to Brianna Titcomb. Her father, John Titcomb, spoke to the crowd with his wife, Dawn, and son, Brett, at his side. The Lloyd Harbor girl was 13 when she was killed by a drunk driver in Texas in 2005.
