Woman Struck By Her SUV After It Rolls Backward In Huntington Station Driveway: Police
The 60-year-old woman was taken to Huntington Hospital with serious injuries, police said.
HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A 60-year-old woman was seriously injured after an SUV rolled backward and struck her as she was getting out of the vehicle in a Huntington Station driveway, Suffolk County police said.
Suman Pasricha was attempting to exit a 2025 Honda CR-V that was stopped in the driveway of 2102 Townhome Way at about 9:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, when the vehicle began rolling backward and struck her, police said.
Pasricha was taken to Huntington Hospital for treatment of serious injuries, according to police.

The Honda was impounded for a safety check.
Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are investigating the crash.
