2 Motorcyclists Injured In Southern State Crash
The crash involved two motorcycles and a car.
ISLIP, NY — Two people were injured in a crash between two motorcycles and a car on the Southern State Parkway in Islip on Tuesday evening, according to the Islip Fire Department. The crash occurred on the eastbound side of the parkway just before Commack Road at 6:06 p.m.
Members of both the fire department and the Exchange Ambulance of the Islips responded. Units arrived to find that the crash involved two motorcycles and a car with both motorcyclists suffering significant injuries.
They were both transported by Exchange Ambulance to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore.
