ISLIP, NY — A Long Island gourmet sandwich and catering business is expanding to Islip.
Gemelli's Gourmet announced on Instagram Sunday that it is "coming soon to Islip," sharing photos of "Coming Soon" and "Now Hiring" signs posted at the future location.
"If you didn't know...now you know," the business wrote. "Gemelli's Gourmet coming soon to Islip!"
The business did not announce an opening date in the post.
Gemelli's Gourmet currently operates at 189 S. Wellwood Ave. in Lindenhurst, according to its Instagram profile. The business describes itself as offering gourmet sandwiches, a chopped salad bar and catering.
The signs at the Islip location also say the business is hiring and direct prospective employees to apply through Gemelli's Gourmet's website.
