Islip Man Charged With Abandoning Pit Bulls: SPCA
The 34-year-old was arrested on Tuesday.

ISLIP, NY - An Islip man was arrested on Tuesday for abandoning two pit bulls in Bohemia, according to the Suffolk County SPCA.
Randy Carnahan, 34, abandoned the adult dogs in a crate on Oct. 5, the SPCA said.
He was charged with two counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty for abandonment and failure to provide proper sustenance. He was remanded for arraignment.
