BAY SHORE, NY - An Islip Terrace man was arrested for burglarizing and stealing a digital camera from a Bay Shore home on Sunday, according to Suffolk Police.William McNair, 41, entered the home on West Main Street and stole the camera at 4:40 a.m., police said.He was charged with third degree burglary, second degree criminal trespass and possession of a hypodermic instrument, according to police records.Image via Shutterstock

BAY SHORE, NY - An Islip Terrace man was arrested for burglarizing and stealing a digital camera from a Bay Shore home on Sunday, according to Suffolk Police.

William McNair, 41, entered the home on West Main Street and stole the camera at 4:40 a.m., police said.He was charged with third degree burglary, second degree criminal trespass and possession of a hypodermic instrument, according to police records.

Beginning Friday, May 22nd, the Farmers Market will take place every Friday from 3:00–7:00 PM, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to shop local, support small businesses, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere that makes Bay Shore so special.
Presented by South Shore Farmers Market, this weekly gathering will feature a curated mix of local farmers, food artisans, and vendors, all set against the iconic backdrop of the Bay Shore Bandshell. The market is designed to be welcoming, walkable, and family-friendly, perfect for an after-work stop or a stroll before the weekend begins.
