ISLIP, NY - A Bay Shore man was arrested in Islip for fleeing after crashing into a parked car in Bay Shore on Thursday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.Robert Ryder, 24, jumped the curb and hit a 2006 Ford van on Route 27 at about 3 p.m., police said. He then fled east until he was arrested in Islip, police said.He was charged with operator leaving the scene of property damage.Photo via Shutterstock

ISLIP, NY - A Bay Shore man was arrested in Islip for fleeing after crashing into a parked car in Bay Shore on Thursday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.
