$2M NY Lottery Scratch-Off Ticket Sold In Queens: See Where

This neighborhood has had two winning tickets in the past two months.

QUEENS, NY — A lucky New Yorker recently won the top prize of a New York Lottery's Cashword scratch-off game totaling $2 million.

Jennifer Abramshe, of Brooklyn, claimed the top prize last week on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

Abramshe chose to receive her prize as single lump-sum payment of $795,919, after required withholdings.

The winning ticket was purchased at Bolla located at 71-08 Northern Blvd. in Jackson Heights.

Close to a month earlier, a Queens residents won the New York Lottery's $1 million Bonus Cashword prize.

Enrique Cabrera also opted for a single lump-sum payment and received $395,974, after withholdings

The ticket was purchased. at I & Y News & Candy, located at 74-13A Roosevelt Ave. in Jackson Heights.
