SOUTH OZONE PARK, QUEENS — The death of a baby boy in Queens last year was a homicide, according to police.

Nine-month-old Vito Garcia was rushed to the hospital on June 14, 2018, with brain trauma. He died three days later, police said. The city's medical examiner later ruled that Garcia died from abusive head trauma.
