Man, 27, Shot And Killed In South Jamaica
There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
JAMAICA, QUEENS — A 27-year-old man was fatally shot Tuesday evening in south Jamaica.
The shooting happened at 180th Street and 145th Avenue in Springfield Gardens, police said. The man, Jamaica resident Pernell Cudjoe, suffered a gunshot wound to his chest.
Police arrived at the scene just before 7 p.m. to find Cudjoe unresponsive. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
