Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Boy, 13, In Jamaica
A Long Island man was arrested Tuesday for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy in Jamaica in November, police said.
JAMAICA, QUEENS — A Long Island man was arrested Tuesday for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy in Jamaica, Queens, police said.
Xavier Johnson, 46, was charged with a criminal sexual act and acting in a manner injurious to a child for the assault the evening of Nov. 4, 2018. The Glen Cove resident was charged with sexually assaulting the victim behind 2 Hands Deli at 233-14 Merrick Blvd. in Jamaica.
The boy was brought to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, where he was treated and released.
