New York & Company To Open Jamaica Avenue Store

JAMAICA, QUEENS — Fashion retailer New York & Company is opening a new store in Jamaica, according to a report.

The new women's clothing store will be located at 159-10 Jamaica Ave. and will open at the end of this year, the Commercial Observer reported.

"New York & Company is another great enhancement to Jamaica Avenue, which has seen an influx of top-tier national tenants in the past few years," Brian Katz, who represented the tenant, said in a statement.
