- William Burnett, 23, of North Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Aug. 11 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
- Maria Scavo, 47, of Massapequa Park, was arrested in West Babylon on Aug. 10 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
