Bus Trip to Louis Armstrong House & Newly Renovated Queens Museum

Library Announcement

Take a step back in time as you tour Louis Armstrong’s former house in Queens, where the furnishings remain the same as during the famous musician’s lifetime. Next we will have lunch together at Uno Pizzeria & Grill before touring the newly renovated Queens Museum of Art, where you will be fascinated with its nostalgic World’s Fair Collection and Architectural 3D Model of NYC.

Please meet the bus in the Kings Park Branch parking lot at 8:30am. We will leave the Queens Museum of Art at approximately 5:00pm to return home. Registration begins Monday, June 1 for Smithtown Library card holders. After June 17, all may register regardless of library district, space permitting.

Fee: $87 per person

This program is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 at 8:30pm; registration is required. For more information, please call (631) 360-2480 x232
