Crime Report: Man Allegedly Uses Stolen Credit Card
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Suffolk County Police Department reported these arrests and incidents in Kings Park during Dec. 14 - 20.
Michael Shurman, 24, of Kings Park, was arrested Dec. 16 in Kings Park and charged with fourth degree possession of stolen property. He is accused of finding a wallet and using a credit card that was in it.
John Palumbo, 20, of Kings Park, was arrested Dec. 15 in Kings Park and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly possessed the substance while driving a 1997 Nissan on Indian Head Road.

Timothy James Kiely, 54, of Kings Park, was arrested Dec. 15 in Kings Park and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He allegedly operated a Ford F-150 northbound on Longfellow Road with a license that was suspended or revoked.
