Driver Flees Scene Of Crash With Injury In Kings Park: Police

The car reportedly burst into flames after crashing into a pole on Sunday.

KINGS PARK, NY - A driver fled after crashing into a pole, leaving one man injured in Kings Park on Sunday morning, according to Suffolk Police.

A 2018 Honda Civic struck a pole in front of 270 Indian Head Road at 4 a.m.

The driver fled the scene after the crash.

A man was transported to St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown for treatment of minor injuries.

According to News12, the car burst into flames after the crash.
