March is Scouting for Food Month. Kings Park Boy Scout Troop 539 will be helping to fill our local food pantry located at St. Joseph’s Church. We are rallying our community to help stop hunger in Kings Park. St. Joseph’s Church food pantry is in need of the following items:
- Cereal
- Detergent
- Juices
- Non-perishable Foods
- Paper Towels
- Snacks
- Soap
- Toilet Paper
- Toothpaste
Please drop off your items to the Church Parish Center by Tuesday, March 27th, hours Mon. thru Thurs. 9-4, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-1:30. If you need help delivering your items, please feel free to email the Troop at kevinrchaves@aol.com for a pickup!
