Family Fitness Night at Park View Elementary School

The Park View Site Based Committee organized a family fitness night that took place on March 3rd. The event was organized into eight fitness stations, where parents enjoyed exercising with their children.  From yoga to learning a new dance move, the event reminded families that fitness can be enjoyable when done together.  It also acted as a way to encourage students to develop good fitness habits.  A DJ was there to help parents circulate throughout the stations.  All proceeds raised at the event will be used to purchase fitness equipment for both recess and gym periods.
