Four Burglaries Occur In Kings Park On Christmas Eve

KINGS PARK, NY - A total of four burglaries occurred in the Kings Park area on Christmas Eve, according to Suffolk Police.

The burglaries all occurred within four hours of each other.

In one instance, a burglar stole Christmas presents from a home on 7th Avenue at about 6:30 p.m.

The other three burglaries occurred at the following locations:

• 8th Avenue - jewelry and money were stolen during a burglary at about 2 p.m.
• Kim Place - a backpack was stolen during a burglary at about 3:30 p.m.
• Columbus Avenue- a burglar came in through a rear sliding door at about 4 p.m. At the time of the report, resident unable to say if anything was missing.

No injuries were reported in any of the burglaries.

It is unknown if the four incidents are related.
