Girls Volleyball Crushes Deer Park

The Kings Park girls volleyball team continues to set the pace, defeating Deer Park on Sunday 3-0 and are the undefeated league champions for 2012

Amanda Gannon had 12 kills, 13 digs and two aces to lead No. 1 Kings Park (16-0) past No. 4 Deer Park, 25-11, 25-9, 25-21 in a Suffolk class A semifinal.

Kings Park will host the winner of No. 2 Bellport/No. 3 Sayville in the championship, Monday at noon at Kings Park High School. Admission is $6.
