Happy Birthday! St. Johnland Resident Turns One Hundred
Centenarian credits dark chocolate as part of the secret to longevity.

Good genes, self reliance and a little dark chocolate are what centenarian Henrietta Dubinsky credits to her longevity.
Dubinsky recently celebrated her 100th birthday at St. Johnland Nursing Center surrounded by family and her husband of 73 years, Maurice, who recently moved to St. Johnland to be with her.

Dubinsky, originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, worked as an executive secretary for 40 years at Textiles, Inc. She was an active tennis player and swimmer and has a strong interest in classical music.
Dubinsky has one son, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
