Healthy Living on Full Display at Smith Haven Mall

Smith Haven Mall will host A Dose of Healthy Living Expo, a daylong event featuring Long Island’s best health and wellness resources and essentials, on Sunday, October 19 from 12 to 6 p.m. in Center Court.

“It is so important that we remain diligent about our general wellness, so we are pleased to host an event that puts the focus on attaining and maintaining good health,” commented Ashley Jacobsen, director of mall marketing and business development for Smith Haven Mall. “Participants will find a wealth of information, expert advice and guidance.”

The exhibitors who will be on-site at Smith Haven Mall include North Shore Eye Care, Suffolk Speech, Take Shape for Life/Patricia Mazza, NuSkin and Pharmanex, Home Food Service, Family and Personal Counseling/Ron Villano, Gurwin Home Care and Assisted Living, Total Dental Care of Middle Island, First Investors Corporation, New York Life, Power Home Remodeling, doTERRA Essential Oils, Sunrise Senior Living, New York Rx Card, Nut Zez Gourmet Almond Butters, Messina Esthetic Medicine, Licensed Psychologist Dr. Natascha Santos, New York Sports Club (NYSC) Smithtown, Isagenix/Gail Mancuso, Archer Technologies, Inc., ENT and Allergy Associates, Shelter Island Home Care Agency and Absolute Green, Inc.

Coach Craig Gibson will conduct 15 minute exercise classes at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00 and 5:30 p.m. while doTERRA is providing complimentary Zyto Scans. Children will be treated to photo opportunities with special guest “Snow Princess”, courtesy of Little Redhead Entertainment.
