Man Steals Purse From Inside a Car in Hauppauge
The man broke into a blue Toyota and stole a purse on May 5.
Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who broke a car window and stole a purse in Hauppauge last month.
A man broke the passenger front window of a blue Toyota Rav-4 and stole a Coach handbag from inside the car on May 5 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., police said.
The man is described as, five feet 7 inches tall, in his 20s with a medium build, according to police.

He was wearing a baseball hat and had his right arm in a sling.
