Man, Teen Arrested For Selling Alcohol To Minors: Police

The 22-year-old and 16-year-old sold alcohol to minors while working as clerks at local gas stations, police say.

KINGS PARK, NY - Two gas station clerks were arrested for selling alcohol to minors during a month long investigation, according to Suffolk Police.

Thomas Watson, 22, of Northport, employed at Speedway gas station on 152 East Northport Road in Kings Park a 16-year-old male juvenile, employed at BP gas station on 94 Pulaski Road in Kings Park were both charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a minor, police said.

The two were arrested after selling alcohol to a minor during the investigation.

They were issued field appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court on January 2, 2018. The State Liquor Authority is conducting a follow up investigation.
