Nesconset 7-Eleven Robbed at Gunpoint
Robbery occurred early Tuesday. Reward offered for info leading to an arrest.

A man armed with a handgun robbed a Nesconset 7-Eleven early Tuesday morning and now police are asking for the public’s help to track him down.
According to police, the man entered the 7-Eleven located at 81 Sheppard Lane, just south of Smithtown Boulevard, at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. He pointed a handgun at the clerk and stole cash from the register, as well as from the clerk.
The robber is described as a white male in his early to mid-30s, about 6-foot-2, 230 pounds with a muscular build and a goatee. He fled on foot eastbound on Sheppard Lane. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, cargo shorts and a black cap.
