Police: Man Wanted For Robbing 4 Suffolk County Banks
The latest robbery occurred Monday morning.
Police say a man who robbed a Patchogue bank Monday morning is believed to have also robbed three other banks in Suffolk County this month.
On Monday at about 9:40 a.m., police say the man entered the Chase bank located at 472 Medford Avenue in Patchogue, approached a teller and presented a note demanding cash. The teller complied and the man fled on foot.
The robber was described as white, between 35 and 45-years-old, about 6-foot to 6-foot-2 with a thin build.

Police believe the same man (pictured in three surveillance photos above) also robbed the following banks:
• Chase, located at 2430 North Ocean Avenue in Farmingville, on June 11

• Chase, located at 2650 Sunrise Highway in East Islip, on June 24
• Capital One, located at 131 Portion Road in Lake Ronkonkoma, on June 25
Anyone with information regarding these robberies is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
