Police Seek Laundry Detergent Thief

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole items from an Islandia supermarket in June.

Police say the man pictured above entered Stop & Shop, located at 1730 Veterans Memorial Highway, on June 14 at about 6:15 p.m. and stole four containers of Tide laundry detergent.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
