Police Seek Man Who Used Stolen Credit Card at Smithtown Gas Stations
The credit card was stolen from a vehicle after it was towed in May, police say.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who used a stolen credit card at two Smithtown gas stations in May.
Police released photos of the man wanted for the crime on Thursday. Police say a credit card was stolen from a vehicle after it was towed following an accident on May 14. The credit card was then used at two gas stations on Route 347 on May 19 and May 23.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
