Two Injured After Car Collides With Tow Truck In Kings Park

The crash caused the car to roll and land on two other cars, police say.

KINGS PARK, NY - Two people were hospitalized after a car crashed into a tow truck in Kings Park on Wednesday morning, according to Suffolk Police.

A Volkswagen was traveling eastbound on Route 25A when the vehicle collided with a tow truck that was making a left out of a parking lot on eastbound Route 25A at 10:08 a.m.

The Volkswagen rolled and landed on two cars in another parking lot.

The tow truck continued across Route 25A and struck a Toyota Scion that was traveling westbound on Route 25A.

The tow truck then struck a parked car, which then hit another parked car.

The driver of the Volkswagen and the driver of the tow truck were transported to local hospitals for minor injuries.
