Zumba Toning at The Smithtown Library

Library Announcement

Join instructor Amy Faicco for this 4-class series! Zumba Toning combines international rhythms with strength-training techniques. It is an easy to follow, health boosting dance fitness program for the active adult. Classes involve lightweight resistance training designed to increase muscle strength, decrease body fat and improve mobility, posture, coordination and cognition. Remember to bring small hand weights and water to class.

This program series is scheduled for Thursdays, May 28, June 4, 11 & 18 from 7:00-8:00pm at The Smithtown Library Main Building. The fee for this program series is $25.00 per person. For more information, please call (631) 360-2480 x235.
