
Join us for an encore series of this 4-session fitness program. Zumba Toning combines international rhythms with strength-training techniques. It is an easy-to-follow, health-boosting dance fitness program for the active adult. Classes involve lightweight resistance training designed to increase muscle strength, decrease body fat and improve mobility, posture, coordination and cognition.
