Have you ever heard of Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku? Join Practitioner Victoria Gaither on Friday, October 16th at 10:30 am at Rainbow Ranch Market 10 NY-149, Lake George, New York for a talk about this Japanese practice .

"The Adirondacks host of diverse mix of conifer and deciduous trees both great for forest bathing" said Gaither. "This time of the year the fall colors make for spectacular trees and the health benefits of engaging your senses in the forest are prime".

Victoria has lead forest bathing sessions in New York, Vermont, Maryland, and New Hampshire will discuss the health benefits, what the practice is about, how to engage in it, and end her talk with the traditional tea closing ceremony. It's a FREE event and all are welcome. Owner Kristen will curate items from the shop with a Forest theme. Rain or Shine.
