They got to see the democratic process up close and personal.

MAMARONECK, NY — Two students from Mamaroneck High School are in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to exercise their journalism skills and to learn about the democratic process.

Julia Steinberg, 16, and Sam Mollin, 17, accompanied by teacher Joe Liberti, talked to delegates, sat in on conferences and learned how the convention works in person, as featured in a video at lohud.com by Seth Harrison.
