20-Year-Old Accused Of Stabbing 18-Year-Old Near Columbus Park
The victim walked into Mamaroneck village police headquarters after being knifed.
MAMARONECK, NY — An 18-year-old with a stab wound walked into the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department Aug. 1. Now a 20-year-old Mamaroneck resident has been arrested in the case, News 12 reported.
The stabbing happened near Columbus Park, on Mamaroneck Avenue. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries, police told News 12. Arraigned Tuesday, Jarius Gaylord faces a charge of second-degree assault in the attack. He was released on $5,000 cash bail.
