Bronx Man In Collision On I-95 Had Gunshot Wounds
State Police provided a photo of the actual vehicle involved in the crash.

MAMARONECK, NY — State Police are investigating a reported motor vehicle collision which left one man with serious injuries, including gunshot wounds. Around 5:49 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, Troopers responded to the collision that occurred on I-95 northbound between exits 18B and 19.
When they arrived at the scene, police found Mouhamed Cisse, 24, of the Bronx, who was an occupant of a GMC U-Haul van with Arizona license plates. [Get Patch’s Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts here.]
The van has possible right front-end damage, police said.

He was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where is listed in critical condition.
The incident necessitated the closure of I-95 while members of Troop K and Troop T investigated.
