Celebration Tuesday for Mamaroneck High School's State Champion Field Hockey Team
High School students will be let out of school 15 minutes early to join in the celebration.
The following announcement is from the Mamaroneck Union Free School District:
Students at the high school are being dismissed 15 minutes early today for a short celebration out on Memorial Field with our class A State Field Hockey Championship team. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and pay tribute to this fine group of accomplished athletes and students. The celebration will begin at 2:20 pm, followed by the 3 pm Powderpuff football game, an annual tradition at MHS that includes a match-up between junior and senior girls (coached by the boys in their respective grades).
