The Mamaroneck field hockey team was back in action and they made it look easy as they beat Fox Lane 6-0.
A doubles team from Mamaroneck fell in the Section 1 Tennis Championships at Port Chester’s Sound Shore Tennis Club yesterday. Stephanie Banks and Sarah Yukelis were defeated by a tandem from New Rochelle.

Highlights: Top seeded Mamaroneck cruised to victory as the Tigers devoured the Foxes 6-0. Jessica Gardiner led the way for the team with four goals. Sarah Axelrod and Kayla Robinson also scored in the win.

Score: Cruz/Cruz Won 6-2, 6-4
Highlights: New Rochelle’s Cassidy and Jessie Cruz won the third place match up in the section one doubles tournament as they beat Mamaroneck’s duo of Stephanie Banks and Sarah Yukelis 6-2, 6-4.
