Adult Martial Arts (MMA)

For older teens and Adults we focus on three major areas,
first is Practical Self Defense. Martial arts can teach self defense but practical self defense is different it is much more simple and it concentrates on prevention, being aware, and just having basic skills.

The second is Fitness, for some people this is a jump start
for there fitness routine. For others this is a side role along with there fitness routine. Some individuals, this is there only fitness routine. In each class there is a focus on fitness some days there going to be endurance some days it will be conditioning.  For an example, when working on deep
stances and we are working the legs. Our base is Martial Arts so everything is going to be based off of that philosophy.
