The evening begins with hors d'oeuvres and Mara Vineyards' Sauvignon Blanc served in the bar. Participants then are seated in the dining room for three wine-paired courses prepared by chef Matthew Karp accompanied by Mara's syrange, pinot noir and zinfandel. Mara Vineyards are in Russian River Valley and Napa Valley California.
