Recognizing the need for health information that primary care physicians generally don't have time to give, the Larchmont Lions have arranged a wellness seminar for the community starting Wednesday, September 21. There is no charge for the 14 sessions, which will be at the Weaver Street Firehouse. Those interested can take one, two, three or any number of sessions according to their schedule and health needs. The first lecture will examine posture’s impact on overall health.
