Established in 1979, the Mamaroneck Junior Soccer League (MJSL) continues to expand and serve an important role for children in our community. More than 800 boys and girls participate in the MJSL’s Recreational and Travel Programs, which are recognized for player development, teamwork and sportsmanship. The Travel Program, which has 35 teams of boys and girls that are 8-years and older, competes in the Westchester Youth Soccer League and at the Premier level. Need-based scholarships are available.
On Saturdays, June 2 and 9, the Mamaroneck Junior Soccer League (MJSL) will host tryouts for its Travel Program for the fall season. Tryouts will take place at Harbor Island. Interested players are only required to attend one of these sessions, but are encouraged to attend both. Girls’ registration and warm-up will begin at 4:30 PM; and tryouts will be from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Boys’ registration will begin at 6:00 PM; and tryouts will be from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
