It's winter. During Presidents' Week, the kids should dress in extra layers and bundle up. It’s time to go to Sheldrake Environmental Center and head for the woods, to find out how animals stay warm and spend the crisp season. They’ll search for clues - who's awake and who's asleep? They’ll find winter birds, insects, egg cases (even butterflies), and, look for signs of rabbits, deer, mice, chipmunks and squirrels.
