This 20 minute metabolic training is quick, focused, with very little rest between intervals - want to burn calories and fat faster to the get the results you want?  You don't have to spend hours at the gym.

1. Pledge your participation by confirming your attendence via email - hiawathamartialarts@yahoo.com

2. Set a goal for yourself  (increase your endurance, speed, strength - its your personal goal)

The 'Challenge' is a 20 minute bonus class if participating in the Cardio Kickboxing class @ 9:30am
