This Tree Appreciation course has  been  designed not only to celebrate the beauty of trees but also to reconnect you  with this fascinating plant in nature. We will explore  the importance of trees in our environment, how well they remediate our living conditions and how trees are intimately linked with us.

The New Dawn Foundation is a wonderful property on the shores of Long Island Sound and has  a range of interesting trees that will play a central role in the course.

Course fee:  $85.00 per person. Coffee and tea as wel l as  a l ight lunch  will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own).

About the Course presenter

Frank Buddingh’  is an international Arboricultural Consultant who has worked with and consulted about trees for over forty years  in many locations around the world .

Frank holds not only arboricultural qualifications but also a masters degree in Holistic Science from Schumacher College – University of Plymouth in the UK.

Most and for all his  teachers were the trees. He has a deep understanding about the needs of trees and balances these  with the needs of people. His  clie ts have ranged from royal  households, corporations, local bodies to tree owners just like you and me.
