Ever wonder what a real ironman is made of?  Or whether you could be-or become one? You’ll find out the answers when local author and New York Times columnist Jacques Steinberg, reads from his recent book, You Are an Ironman: How Six Weekend Warriors Chased Their Dream of Finishing the World’s Toughest Triathlon. Steinberg will also be joined by a panel of our very own ironmen and women, who will discuss their exhilarating and physically challenging experiences.

This event, sponsored by fhe Friends of the Larchmont Public Library, is free and open to the public. It will take place on Sunday, Oct. 30^th at 4:00 p.m. in the Larchmont Public Library at 121 Larchmont Ave. There will be complimentary wine and snacks at 3:30. Come marvel at the iron will of these celebrated ironmen and women.
