Freeze On The Way: Larchmont's Work Week Weather
Temps will swing from 10 degrees above normal to a possible 20 degrees below normal.

LARCHMONT, NY — Monday's mild weather is 10-15 degrees Fahrenheit above normal for early November. But things will be dropping through the work week. By Friday night, we'll be shivering in temps 15-20 degrees below normal.
"Exactly how potent this cold shot is… needs to be ironed out," said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "However, come Friday night… lows in the low to mid 20s, and highs by Saturday in the mid to upper 30s are a possibility. We’ve been spoiled for many weeks with mild weather, winter’s chill may not be far down the road."

- Today: Areas of drizzle before noon, then showers between noon and 3pm, then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 3pm. Temperature falling to around 59 by 5pm. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
- Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers before 7pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 39. North wind 9 to 15 mph.
- Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 52. North wind 5 to 9 mph.
- Tuesday Night: A 20 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37. North wind 7 to 9 mph.
- Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 51. Northeast wind 8 to 11 mph.
- Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 38.
- Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 53.
- Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40.
- Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 48.
- Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 27.
