The waters in the Long Island Sound were high at Harbor Island Park as well as in Horseshoe Harbor in Larchmont, where an ominous sky threatened yesterday afternoon.
A few cars could be seen out on the road but, for the most part, the only people out on this blustery morning were police and emergency personnel patrolling the area.
