Larchmont Building Moratorium End Could Be in Sight

The moratorium has been in place since January.

LARCHMONT, NY — The residential building moratorium in Larchmont could come to an end Monday.

The village trustees are scheduled to vote on some local laws that will could limit the size of homes to preserve neighborhood character, establish setback requirements and specify lot sizes, according to the Journal News.

The moratorium on large-scale development was put into place in January.
