Larchmont Fitness to Hold Pushup Challenge For Veteran's Charity
The Larchmont exercise studio will participate in Pushups for Charity, a nationwide initiative to raise money for wounded soldiers, on May 18.

Though the last time you've done pushups may have been in gym class, local gym Larchmont Fitness is asking the community to join the Pushups for Charity team on May 18 to help raise money for ex-military members who are physically or emotionally wounded.
In its fourth year, Pushups for Charity is an event organized by the nonprofit Boot Campaign, which offers support to soldiers in securing mortgage-free housing, finding jobs, urgent assistance, family support and wellness. Founded by five Texas women, the organization has raised $1 million through donations and the sale of military combat boots.
