Larchmont Police Blotter: Sept 11 - 18

A bicycle and an identify are stolen; the first one is worth $600, the second one is...priceless.

The following is a brief synopsis of some of the incidents investigated by the Larchmont Police Department between Sept. 11-18:

Identity theft

A West Avenue resident reported on Sept. 13 that someone used her name to obtain a credit card and a debit card.  No transactions were posted on either card prior to the discovery being made.

Vehicle and Traffic Law arrest

A Bronx man was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with operating with a suspended license after he was observed operating his vehicle on Palmer Avenue.  The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on his own recognizance.

Larceny

A Mamaroneck Town resident reported on Sept. 16 that his bicycle, valued at $600, was removed from the bicycle rack in Lot 3.
